Gents,

The lexan windows (side) on my rally car are in a nasty old state and they weren't cheap!

I've just bought one of these £10 kits for restoring faded/scratched headlight lenses - the type with 4 lowering grades of glass paper, clarification compounds, sealant etc - has anyone tried using one of these kits on lexans?

I know that the plastic used in boggo road car lens covers is a harder grade plastic but wondering if it's at least worth a try.

Anyone done this?

Try tootpaste first on a small area. It's a really mild abrasive.
