Unbelievable that , you could see it was a nasty situation with a potentially awful outcome , needed a full course yellow straight away. Respect to the Delta crew today , Susie Wolff will have loved watching earlier today.

Driver had to take the blame for that one, there was yellow flags and everyone else missed it. Team spotter said he warned the driver way before the incident too.
