I'm an hour into the last race (What a wild couple of laps at the start) and am trying my best to not find out the result. Though news today that Scotty Mac is off the DJR Team Penske next year.

That's a big power play by Penske.

If you don't need to watch it live, try here - got the Utes & Stadium Super Trucks too (plus heaps 'n' heaps of other motor stuff)

Arrived in Bathurst to knock another off the bucket list. I'll upload some photos as the weekend goes on. Looking forward to meeting Roger Penske who's flown in for the race.

Day 1, great start. Fabian Coulthard in top 3 and more importantly Luke Youlden fast too. Might be a decent race between Red Bul, and DJR.

No live coverage of Bathurst on Motors TV this year so if you don't have BT Sport now is the time to find an alternative source.

A bit late in the season but if you go to the V8 Supercars website for £25.00 you can watch the practices & races at you convenience I have to say I can recommend the superview content.

It's very open. Speaking to many in the paddock, popular view is any one of 15 cars can win it. They certainly seem to have this parity thing sorted out though. Roger Penske in the pits this morning.

Just about to start, fingers crossed for a great race.

Hard to believe its 10 years since Peter Brock died.

15 laps in and nothing majorly exciting yet.

Greetings from an ex-pat PH'er now living on the Central Coast, NSW by the way, stunning day here today to be watching the race live on the box, couldn't make it to Bathurst in person unfortunately!

Whincup bumping people off the track, what a surprise.
