Anybody else going to Silverstone this weekend for the race? After the prologue this should be a really good race, especially if its anything like last year

I'm down in Dorset for a night on the tiles on Friday but am hoping to get back late Saturday to Lincs and then Silverstone for Sunday.

Yup, down on Friday, back on Monday. Camping.

I won't get back to Le Mans for the next few years at least, so going to make the most of this event!

Will be there on Sunday, I go most years and it's generally the only motorsport event I attend in a year just as a spectator.

I'll be the one looking at the Bykolles and Rebellion cars during the pit walk, rather than with the other 1500 people trying to get Mark Webber's autograph.

I'm down there Friday night and having the Saturday there with my lad. Should be a good day, looking forward to the WEC pit walk which is on during the ELMS race. Will be in there early doors for the 9am practice, the Little Chef had better not take too long with our Olympic breakfasts.

Fri / Sat / Sun for me, wearing most of the clothes I own if previous years are anything to go by, never seen a more bored looking person than the one manning the slush puppy stand a couple of years ago

I'll be there Fri-Sun, may have my son on Saturday too.

Does anyone know if I can pick up radio Le Mans on my iPhone while I'm there?

If you have data on your phone you can stream it directly from their website....or there are various free radio apps that have it live as well.

Great to see WEC release the new App today. You can now watch on demand for up to 3 weeks after a race. Not bad for £25 a year.

If last years programme is anything to go by it's worth printing out entry lists for the ELMS and Porsche Cup races to take with you, support races weren't included

With the demise of Motors TV on Freeview, what's the best way to get coverage of the WEC rounds? Presumably it's going to be at a cost, but is the App any good, or am I better off stumping up for Sky or Virgin? Any other Options?

Always worth remembering that the buses (mobile grandstands) have free Wi-Fi and patrol most of the circuit.
TBH one of the warmest places to watch from at Silverstone in April!
