The bank on the inside at Cascades is always a popular spot, you get to see Cascades, the run down from Hilltop and possibly Hissy's in depending on whereabouts you base yourseelf

Agree with all of the above but also try to get to Druids, you can walk from knickerbrook up the hill and into the wooded section

I read on FB this week that Druids is closed to spectators at the moment as apparently the barrier is being moved back or something. The woodland walk is still open and you can access the exit of druids but not the middle of the corner.

Knickerbrook, on the bank on the exit as they turn through the final part of the corner and head up Clay Hill.

Be warned though there is a large (10-15) group of regulars who have their camp chairs out along the fence there almost as soon as the doors open.

you can see the exit of Old hall and down into Cascades and as they run off to Shell. You then see them come down from Hill Top, through Knickerbrook and off up Clay Hill losing sight as they turn left under the bridge.

As others have said from there you can easily walk up Clay Hill, over the bridge and on to the inside of Druids.

Personally i would not bother with going to the outside of Lodge or Old Hall, but that's me. You can see plenty of both from the inside of the track.

I'm guessing they're not happy with the new Knickerbrook grandstand being placed on their patch

First and likely only visit this year is in just over a weeks time so will let you know. If they have put it where I suspect they might it will be interesting, but won't spoil my view hehe

Wonder if it's the same bunch of idiots who turn up to Croft every year(only for BTCC ), build a stockade obstructing everybody else's view and spend most of the day trying to control their noxious kids.

Wouldn't have thought so, there's nothing obnoxious about the Knickerbrook Gang in my experience, they just get there early to get their favourite spot, which has now had a stand plonked on it

Everywhere at Oulton is great! Along with Goodwood, it's my favourite circuit - especially as I grew up only a few miles away so have been going regularly since I was a nipper.

Definitely watch one race from Lodge and another from Hislop's. We tend to do race three at Hislop's as that's the most chaotic of the weekend. Ginettas Junior is good value down there as well. It is busy but keep on your feet and you'll love it!

You can always do British GT on Monday by means of preparation too ;-)

Just to confirm, this is where the bank at Cascades is? This is the best place to watch from?

You can view from there however I would imagine that area will be used for camping. The spot you you are looking for is ever so slightly to the left of your circle around the access roads.

Facing to the right of my screenshot, from the inside of the track?

The yellow area, most of it is car parking so if you get there early enough you can park on the hill and spectate from your car. If you have to park elsewhere then you can spectate from the area that overlaps your circle including everywhere to the right of the access road and up to the first corner.
