Everythng set up for tomorrow turks up front with the Hondas and bmw bottom pretty close to each other hopefully collard has one of his storming drives to get points of the Hondas while tordoff just keeps the Hondas in eye sight to remove weight for the race 2 and 3.

Im going for tordoff for the title.

Is there a race where Warren Scott doesn't end up spinning or in the gravel?

They took a chance leaving the Subaru in the Sheene gravel,if somebody else got it slightly wrong.

Anyone else think Rivett took Whorton-Eales out in that last Cilo race ?

Big accident on the last lap there, driver apparently ok. I can see brands putting up big catch fences all down the GP track loop now :/

Yeah, I reckon Rivett will be having a trip to see the clerk. Surprisingly reckless, especially given what was at stake for the other drivers.

Its never good to cheer a driver having a a big crash...unless it's Matt Neal.

He looked proper winded and quite scared as he came to a stop and all the other cars were going past him.

Maybe getting a bit old for all this ?

The rover did seems to come towards him a bit but it looked like he had space, just seemed to drift in to the side of the rover.

So Tordoff starts 4th for the final.

Can he stay ahead of Shedden ?

I don't think he can.

He's in a lighter, rwd car, he should get a good start at least. I thought the feature on him before the first race was a bit strange, didn't expect a racing driver at the sharp of a fairly serious championship act like it wasn't important. Most other drivers live and breath racing, or at least have the sense to say they do so they don't upset sponsors.

Agreed, that was a really weird interview. Given how much this tournament means to people, an attitude of "I prefer being an accountant" is a very strange thing to put on camera! I think he was trying to accentuate the lack of pressure he allegedly feels, but it came off really badly.

Rob suffered alternator belt failure on lap 5 but raced well 'till complete power failure when he had to retire the car 3 laps from the end........Forever Forward for R3 then!

What a memory I possess.

Tordoff starts 3rd ,Shedden 5th.

If Tordoff can use the RWD advantage off the line ,it could make all the difference.

Neal will miss race three with a slight concussion. Explains why he looked so dazed in the car. I don't think he'd have had any influence starting back there anyway.

I want anyone but Shedden to win, but he'll probably drive through everyone and win it anyway hehe
