Does anyone know, are BMW likely to stick with the 3 series for 2024?
Yes, still the 3-Series cars, revised for the 2024 season.

Big numbers in the accounts of Bath Taxis Ltd too who until Sept 2023 had significant control of Team Hard.
Notified as having significant control and then removed the next day. I'm not an expert in this sort of thing but that does seem odd.

Yes, you're correct, only "significant control" for 24 hours (not significant control until Sept 2023, which implies a much longer term), then the original directors were reinstated. There was a winding-up order on the company. This may have been a method of delaying this. But all that was sorted within a few days.

It's all there for everyone to see on the Companies House web site.

I don't see the winding up order on CH, but it does all stack up.
Presumably this goes a way to explaining the situation with drivers seemingly being asked for extra funds to continue racing mid season.
Wasn't Mr Gilham also involved in the demise of BMR?

I know team hard are popular but I certainly wouldn't miss them. BTCC is meant to be the pinnacle of UK circuit racing, and I'm not sure it needs a back of the grid team with a roster of whoever has the money to drive.
Feels especially more so now that TCR is developing so we'll. Btcc needs to be very careful to be only top quality teams and drivers right down the grid to justify it's place over TCR in the coming years.

Probably why Mr Gow only wants a max of four cars per team.

Quality over Quantity.

So we'll what? Finish your sentence so that we know what you're talking about.

How is that different to pretty much up every team/driver on the grid? 99% of motorsport is "pay to play". There are plenty of drivers in other teams who are behind Team Hard drivers in the races.

TBL deadline extended due to ‘recent’ events, so does stack up with the Team Hard rumours.

Issues with three of the TBL’s... apparently.

You're correct, that's what it says:

Brief Statement: TBL Registrations
Due to very recent and complex on-going matters regarding the use of three TBLs in particular, TOCA has extended the initial registration timeframe in order to allow a sufficient period for the re-allocation of those TBLs to be finalised.
TOCA will issue the approved TBL list when this process has been concluded.

Does a Team have to nominate the Drivers when the TBL's are registered or are they seperate events?

If it’s like this year... Just the number of TBL’s held by each team is announced.
Then the drivers names are gradually released, often right up to the press day... a few weeks before the opening round.

It will be interesting to see where TEAM HARDS go to.
( & hopefully only a max of four per team).

I get the feeling everyone's learnt that lesson from this season.

Mikey Doble staying at PMR.

Nic Hamilton has confirmed on his Instagram that he won’t be competing in the BTCC next year.

That’s disappointing about Nic, he seemed to have a good run out last year.

Yarp, He was hoping to be back... but obviously couldn’t get a deal together.
The demise of Team Hard hasn’t helped.

What has Team Hard got to do with whether or not Nic returns in 2024? He certainly wasn't going to return with them.

I just assumed that his seat was being kept warm for next year.
