What if Schumacker wins Brazil with an Alonso DNF? can he still win the championship then?

Yes. But that is the only scenario in which he can. He'll win on more total victories, I think.

Alonso, in contrast, only has to score a single point assuming he wins today.

In that situation i think Schumacher would take the title on the basis of 1 more race win, but they'd be level on points if my maths is correct.

I take it Ferrari have stuffed it on the Constructors Championship too, with Massa DNF last week and Schumacher DNF this race.

Personally I'm gutted that Michael failed to finish the race.

It would have been great to go to the wire on the last race of the season (oh, and I'm a massive fan)

Still!, such is life.........

Never seen Alonso look so happy !

Whats the deal with his little "Karate Kid" celebration when he got out of the car ??
