What a front airdam falling off at the ring in the VLN can do...

oops!

Where'D you crash at Combe the year before if it was at Quarry or Tower there'll be some footage and being one of the combe hardcore[there for every meeting]i can't seem to recall it at Quarry brains not working at the moment.

I take it alls repaired if you're doing Combe again this year, and from what i've heard there's gonna be quite a few new cars:smile:

The spin started at Avon Rise and ended in the barriers at Quarry. Piddling down, enjoying myself (drifting through old paddock was mega!) but last lap the ABS chip flipped out and having 6 pots up front and standard calipers on the rear and no bias adjuster the rears locked going up the rise. Was a fast one... Went in 3/4 backwards at 80-ish and spun it a few times.

I'll be racing my 205 with this engine fitted in the DTRC, and also be making a few starts in the Production BMWs hopefully!

I met him when I designed his race car transporter, never had a privateer spec one a nice as his.

Absolute gent though, true petrol head, live Aston Martin & still is open minded enough to have a fabulous collection of other cars.

I'll probably see you this year some time as he's invited me to a race or two.
