Thanks for that Jeff, Are eurotech not entering an Ascari too?

Are you still wanting to go Nicol@?

I am going to check the weather forecast a few days before and let you know (as I will go if it is warm and dry).
Are you following the others to the dyno in the afternoon, as I was planning on visiting in the afternoon to watch the GT action (rather than dyno)?

I will be there all day as an accredited photographer, including the morning F3 action. Will be meeting up with the others during the day at some point, and might have a look at the dyno action too.

Megy

Yes The Jones brothers have entered an Ascari for the season, but at the moment I don't know the reason why they are not on the Media Day list.

Yes JE will be doing the tracking shots and at present it will be exclusive because of the time constraints involved in doing the F3 and GT grids before testing kicks off again at 2pm. If we can extend this to other photographers we will but it is more important to get the shots in the bag and make them available for anyone wishing to use the shots for editorial purposes.

See you at Silverstone on Thursday.

Thanks for the info Jeff, would be good if the tracking shots are avaiable, but fully understand Jakobs exclusivity, I did them at Brands a few years ago and to say they came out well is an understatement.

See you there.

Hi Ian, I will be down for this, but as previously said, working as an accredited photographer, will try and hunt everyone down though, will you be in the Vette then?

Ha, shame i've only just caught yesterdays news and missed out of the offer, i've been to the BGT testing for the last two years at silverstone, i spoke to you last year Jeff, and Jasmin the year before, i'll have to be quicker next time. I guess the rest of the track is open to public as usual?

Excellent news about the PH Sponsership, keep up the good work Guys!

Ian,

Strange that Eurotech are not on the list. They have been testing the car like mad over recent weeks.

This was them at Donington a couple of weeks ago.

and at Oulton Park a few weeks before that.

Tim

Yeh was good to chat mate, I could hardly hear with the ear plugs in and Mark Lemmer was on the radio at the same time lol, talk about confusing!

We were running the 105db Silencer again which mutes it alot, hoping that for the press day we can have the 115db one on driving

No doubt see you at another test day soon mate.

No mention of Formula Ford then the series that launched the careers of the likes of James Hunt, Damon Hill, Ayton Senna and many other F1 world Champs.

Racingdude009

UK Formula Ford will form part of the support package for the UK rounds of British F3 and British GT. I agree that this championship has a great heritage, with many of the drivers taking part in British F3 coming from FFord.

However I'm a little confused by your post. The PH deal is with British F3 and British GT not UK Formula Ford, so why would Formula Ford be mentioned?

Just a reminder to everyone here - The British F3/GT Media Day is on Thursday 15th March (this Thursday), with the Luffield grandstand and paddocks open to the public.
