Bit of a mixed bag I`m afraid and no refunds if you helpers turn out to have an adam`s apple. A bit hard to police when you`re dealing with a large number at a time.

Henry, surely if every team was required to run an electronic b*ll*ck logger, incidents such as these can be avoided and helpers will not need to be moved to a different gender mid-round.... hehe

We did try but the Katoey proved very difficult to police electronically. Come on fella, don`t act the innocent with me. Your photo`s on more club walls here than adverts for Singa

Apparently for the Thai round teams must ensure that all helpers are thoroughly cleaned. Also the standard of some helpers must rise. Helper allocations have not been completed as some teams have not yet communicated their gender requirements:

"They will not have a helper in the hotel"

If you want the Thai rounds to be taken seriously you can't go changing helpers' genders willy nilly mid-event. Regs are regs - if you aren't going to police the wedding vegetables then why have them written into the regs?

Entry fees for the Thai round only ten dollar....

Times have changed since your last visit Andy. 2,000 baht for what I believe is reffered to as a "long time". Given the advanced years and limited performance ability of some drivers I have managed to negotiate a flat rate for Britcar MSA licence holders of just 1,200 baht for as long as you need. Tell them khun Henry sent you. My industry "insider" tells me her operatives should be able to handle some 20 drivers per hour for most teams. The 911virgin drivers have been allocated special times as be-fits their state of physical fitness and sexual prowess.

Anyway enough of the wedding vegetable talk - poor old Richard & the chimp tune boys will be desperately trying to book a flight out as I type - by all accounts a fun if slightly chilly (I`ve actually had to crank the air-con up a couple of notches tonight over here), event. Here`s looking forward to the next round.

.... well that's fine, but I hope your rubber safety equipment doesn't let you down again like it did in the 24 hours....

(I think our humour is lost on this lot (935 excepted). Where's Rod Barrett when you need him for a bit of banter)

Ah, Now this is the type of stuff that we use to do all the time in the good old Tuscan days, use to refer to Mr Holden as the "whippersnapper" he of course called me "Sir", or "Oh great one" due mainly to my ability, and God given right to relentlessly out race, out perform and generally whip his arse every time he attempted to raise his game. hehe The boy is a born loser nuts

The reason for my absence from this forum over the past week or so is the fact that I have been on a "fast track" driving "Get Fit" week involving black run skiing and endurance ice racing in Sweden, we do this completely naked, bar a jock strap, silly in temperatures of minus 20 in order to really toughen up for the racing season ahead. Now that I am honed to a knife edge of fitness, and though I say so myself, a splendid example of the slightly older, "mature" male spices, I look forward to once again capturing the shaky image of the whippersnappers kit car in my rear mirror, alas, as always, disappearing backwards from sight, and decreasing image wise in size, befitting the performance of a non entity, as the excellent 996 with it's quite exceptional driver captures yet another podium and spring sunset double.

Do I take it that this acclimatisation is necessary as you and the Smurf have fitted air con to the Pork this year?

Had my fine example of British engineering (we lead the world in race technology you know) been constructed from a kit, there is half a chance it would have been finished by now

When it is finished (and I collected two race engines for it yesterday) I think you will find your rear view mirror is the bast place to view it as I come through to pass you.

It is only a matter of time before you protest both our car and drivers' superior power to weight ratio over your ageing car/driver combo

Is it you or the Smurf who is stepping down for this new driver....?

Ah the good old days....
