New engine fitted last night at Automedon so we're ready for a play; the engine we took out has water in 2 cylinders - which explains the pops and bangs at Oulton & Mallory.

Must say a big thank you to Dave & Colin for burning the midnight oil and keeping us on the road.

Got the car back yesterday after suspension fettling and new seat rails, but its not been back out of the trailer yet.

So the seat could be going in Saturday morning yet

gutted, rain forecast but cant get there, car not ready. intercooler turned up late still needs fitting and setting up. bugger!
