Trailer Nottingham to Dover 8th, 15th Dec or booze cruise?

I am selling my Caterham to a guy in France and have agreed to transport the car to Dover. I'm not keen on risking the weather in December and don't have a trailer. I can pay £150 to anyone who can transport it for me. A friend will help with the loading and I will be at Dover to unload.
If you don't currently have a good reason to travel from the midlands to Dover in December, don't forget that the London Motorsport show is on December 8th, and/or from Dover you can make it back from Calais within a couple of hours with a car or van full of Christmas booze.
