Of course you don't like the look of them on a Ferrari, but in reality their barely noticable, would they look better attached to a Mclaren?

they look awful on any f1 car, are you blind? They look even worse when they have a fake spoke pattern painted onto them as was adopted towards the end of the year.

Don't like the pretend spokes myself, but the Toyota ones look ok plain.

I think your eyes may be broken! hehe
I think the americans have the right idea in calling it open wheel racing, with these things you cant even see the wheels!

The uglier flip ups can go first, not sure I feel i'm missing out, not seeing the wheels.
We still have open tyre racing,

I think on F1 cars the frisbees are an accident waiting to happen.
I had incorrectly assumed they were just lightweight plastic/cf parts, but there is more to them under the surface. Not something one would want to get hit by…

You have to remember that the front covers are both the fairing and the wheel nut itself so if that lot came off you'd probably be more worried about whats happening to the car and wheel!

As for the aesthetics of them, i have no problem with them, aside from the crappy Ferrari stickers. In general I'd say they look good - the fronts in particular look futuristic as they are stationary!
