Murray doesn't seem to be coping too well with the 4 circuits = 1 lap.

Well done Matthias - superb result over Schumi and all the other greats. 3 in a row next year?

And the circuit drivers dominated over the rally drivers again. All 4 semi-final drivers were track men, 2 F1, 1 WTCC and 1 DTM.

Though the only top-level rally drivers there were Solberg and Gronholm, neither of whom are commonly considered tarmac specialists.

I was there - I didn't notice that many people left after sunset. It was bloody freezing all day.

I was a bit surprised at how many empty seats there were. I suspect they would have been better off pricing the tickets more sensibly and filling the place.

On TV the said the stadium was much fuller earlier in the day but the cold and put some people off
but it did look half empty - but i'm sure there weren't that many ticket options left when I looked

Where we were sitting we noticed people going when it got colder, we were amazed at the number of empty seats,

We also couldnt understand why it was rebuilt there as it was obvious that the locals dont want it, no parking in brent on event days, Police funnelling you into the station (even if you didnt want to go there) and everything around the stadium looks shit, Curry's Halfords, Allied Carpets etc etc. And a carpark you cant use on events days.

Everything inside was brilliant, whatever country it's in next year i'm going

I went there for the Giants game. Having to come in by tube then walking past a massive empty carpark was ridiculous.

^^^ Agreed. Damn bloody shame a 1km track all on tarmac - they should put 500m on gravel!

Damn shame it went to a cicuit racer, still. however, how many times has Didier Auriol won this series?

Livingstone played his not insignificant part in doing his old mates in Brent Council a favour...

I was generally disappointed. I was told the event was "sold out" and had to source my tickets via Ebay (luckily at below face value in the final few days of panic selling).

We were in the Club Wembley section and our area was near-deserted. The commentary was dreadful and somehow there was little of the atmosphere/passion that we have previously enjoyed at the Stade de France version of the RoC.

The stadium is fabulous but the locality and the transport facilities 100% dire. So 11 hours away from my home in Kent for 4hrs of disjointed entertainment - TV next year I think. I just feel sorry for those who were buying tickets off Ebay for massively inflated prices 2 weeks ago....

I thought Wembley was good (Hate Football so never been - did think a footy pitch and hence the stadium should have been twice the size though.

Fantastic view from High up, so coulsee the whole track, NON STOP RACES and demos,
think it was the Murray and SKY reporting that made it crap - everyone there thought it was great. But F*CKING cold - CHRIST KNOWS WHY THE ROOF WAS NOT SHUT - CRETINS - SHOULD BE WELDED SHUT.

People doing the food and coffees - were universally some of the most stupid, slow and thick people I have every come across though (missed the the button Schy race).
But then they are doing that job so.....

Ekstroms DTM Demo and the HUGE rollinng burnout was Mega, Coultard and Vettel - AWESOME, the MX dude NUTTERS.

Constant racing from Nations Cup through to (1pm to 6:30pm) was Brilliant.

Schy Awesome. Did not realise alot of the drivers had stupid contract (till this morning when work collegue told me) and could not drive some of the cars - CORPORATE BOLLOX.

BRILLIANT DAY OUT AND HOPE THERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR - WILL BE WELL WRAPPED UP.

HAD TO DO LOADS OF BURNOUTS WHEN BACK IN THE CAR TO GET THE HEATER WORKING! AND KEEP THE COLD CROWDS ENTERTAINEDwink WAS ABOUT -5DegC AND ROADS LIKE ICE ON LEAVING.

QUALITY.
