No more scrutineering, McLaren are allowed to race the new car.

It seems to me now that this was Mosley offering McLaren no more scrutineering in return for a public apology. It stinks.

It does have the aroma of slightly pissed pants but at least we are all starting this season off with a clean slate.

Its got to the point really where there should be an amnesty.

All teams should then declare their indescretions and then we all start again. . . of course then McLaren should get its 100 mill back,,biggrin how else will Lewis pay for Naomis shoe bill...

Good news, hopfully we can move on to a less political season next year.
So, who finishes ahead next year, Kovalainen or Hamilton.

The final Spygate hearing, for example, where no concrete proof that the information was used to improve the performance of their car was given.
