Chapter One MY STORY by Hamilton. Says it all I recon.
Roll over the ITV/F1 Racing/McLaren/Hamilton PR machine, crush it again Kimi.
I get really annoyed by the current Lewis-mania the british public and media have - i seemed to be the only one cherring Kimi on from the start.
In this month's F1 Racing, they say that "Lewis is Kimi plus a level or two". That seems a little bit over the top in my opinion.
Regarding the program, they had no new interviews with Kimi (part of this may be Ferrari and Jean Todt's problem i have heard) and the little of Davidson and Button was over too quickly, despite having had very good seasons with the cars they had.
Hopefully this will decrease in time, but i cant see it happening very soon.

Why should we support Kimi and not Lewis? I mean in the Rugby/Football/Cricket/Olympics/Whatever Other Sport you don't get many Brits cheering on the opposition, why is it the case in f1?Gold said:

probably because there are National Rugby/Football/Cricket/Olympics/Whatever teams, whilst in F1 the staff of most teams are from different nations, besides isnt Hamilton now Swiss?paulrandall said:

I didn't see the programme, but did read this on the ITV-F1 website:Martin Brundle said:
In a recent interview at Jerez for the ITV Christmas review show I asked Kimi to explain his turn in form during the year and he explained that he'd struggled to get used to the car and the tyres early in the season.
Which does indicate that they were able to speak to Kimi, though why it wasn't included, who knows. Unless, JT didn't want people to see this comment:Martin Brundle said:
So I said: “What about your dominant victory at the start of the season in Australia?” and he replied: “We just had a very fast car there.”
Essentially what he was saying was that Ferrari had a totally dominant car in Melbourne but that he still struggled with it. Remember the questionable flexible floor was changed afterwards.
