Does anyone know where a wheel base measurement is taken from and too?

Thanks Andy, just trying to calculate the optimal ground clearance, as I dont want a negative lift coefficient with the flat underbody I'm fitting (what does that mean) - Yes I got 'Competition Car Aerodynamics by Simon McBeath' for Christmas!
