Teaser shot. The car will launch this afternoon.

Obvious prediction, apart from a few tweaks to the nose / sidepods there won't be much new.

I though it looked exactly like last years Ferrari.

Where Ferrari always palnning on launching today? I don't remember reading about it anywhere, seems strange that it has appear without notice the day before McLaren's launch...

it was actually a dig at Ferrari cheating (rather than the Mclaren scandal!)- but im sure a ferrari fan would never admit to them ever bending the rules wink

[quote]To the untrained eye yes, but as ever, the devil is in the detail.

One F1 car used to look like another to me until I started working at Willimas, now I can be a real bore about the car differences,

Look at the pic of him on the podium, would you have that face if you won a race?

Of course Ferrari cheat. All F1 teams cheat. The only thing different in 2007 was that McLaren and Renault got caught.

Is it just me or are all modern F1 cars a mess. Silly restrictions just mean loads of winglets everywhere that spoil the lines.

Looks like a fecking mess. If it wasn't the highest form of functionality in motorsport, it would look daft.

Spot on - if you get caught you've got only yourself to blame.

Does that mean that if you have a senior technician who is respected throughout the pitlane, and you piss him off so much that he gives away your team secrets to a rival, then you've got only yourself to blame?

Perhaps a moot point, but NS didn't show much integrity in his actions. While Ferrari dicked him about I'm sure his wage and working conditions were fair.

unless the head of the FIA doesnt have it in for you, then he will blame you and fine you $100 million and stop you rightfully winning the manufacturers title...

still using the extnded "fin" all the way down the back of the airbox. I wonder where they nicked that from? scratchchin It also appears to still have shit looking wheeltrim covers like mountain bikes had in th 80's. I know theyre functional but goddammit theyre ugly.
