Are there any other good driver biographies to read? I really liked James Hunt's and Perry McCarthy's.
Dare I say Mansell`s (I really enjoyed it) and I have read Mario Andretti`s more times than I can recall .
My favourites are Mark Donohue - The Unfair Advantage, Archie and the Listers by Robert Edwards and although not a driver Jo Ramirez - Memories of a Racing Man. All worth a read.

It's an interesting read but not a great one - possibly because (and quite unfairly I admit ) TB is a hard man to like. But a fascinating story how the lad from nowt nearly, so nearly, made the big time- ie F1- but snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Best biogs I have read recently are Brian Redman's Daring Drivers, Deadly Tracks (bloody awful title , great book) and Damon Hill's sublime book . (I reviewed both on speedreaders.info - more info there)
