Technically absolutely amazing. The grip he has is simply phenomenal through some seriously seriously quick bits. Look at the entry he puts into to Karrussell, mind blowing.

Incredible.

Impressive but look at the way the guys head moves.

Looks sped up to me. Possibly just the compression though.

Must just be the video compression then. That's annoying.

6.11 I think. Even Bells camera lap was 6.30 something, so also one of the quickest!

Some home video footage from Kyalami 1977. Note it doesn't show the Tom Pryce accident.

Donington Park 2000, and it's the final round of the British Superbike championship.

All year, Chris Walker and Neil Hodgson have been bashing fairings and in the final race of the year - after finishing runner up three times on the bounce - all Chris has to do is finish fourth.

On lap 17, he's running a comfortable fourth.......

Great race and a great season. Walker never really recovered from this whereas Hodgson went on to make his millions and ultimately live comfortably on the Isle of Man, walker is still racing for Kawasaki Bournemouth and just did not do as well. Walker was a lot harder on the bikes than Hodgson and that was his downfall ultimately. For me, the best rider from that era was renyolds.

Great stuff. I guess it would've been better to be there, but nice effort.

All modern fans should be shown this stuff at each GP, so they can get to see what weasey little nat ticklers the current engines are.
