Its always been pretty smooth by rallying standards, about half the distance is sealed now IIRC.

I assume that's changed by speed rather than GPS or the driver?

Car looks great though (very LeMans-esque as the article says!) but will be interesting to see what time he gets

I'd guess its more to do with the air density than anything. the air can get VERY thin at the top of the hill. maybe they plan on running less wing at the bottom and more at the top?....
