Now get Kia and Daihatsu to start fettling with their cars and we could have some interesting players on the scene of motorsport.

Looks a bit like Le Mans at Pikes Peak. It seems they go for massive downforce. This thing will not slide so much anymore?

Or did they already put asphalt over the entire track up until the peak? I hope not.
Agreed. Is it not so rough on the terrain any more then?
Its always been pretty smooth by rallying standards, about half the distance is sealed now IIRC.

The active aerodynamics sound interesting!

I assume that's changed by speed rather than GPS or the driver?

Car looks great though (very LeMans-esque as the article says!) but will be interesting to see what time he gets smile

The Genesis has been getting rave reviews and Hyundai is managing to carve a new brand for themselves stateside; they've not bothered here yet but it's been going on for some time over there with great success I believe. Also isn't the Genesis the car used in the series '24' ?
Yeah, and there was a blue one in a couple of episodes of "Burn Notice".

I'd guess its more to do with the air density than anything. the air can get VERY thin at the top of the hill. maybe they plan on running less wing at the bottom and more at the top?....
