Right all, treating myself to a day in a Caterham next Friday. We're picking the car up from Caterham south (Surrey) - but I'm pretty clueless re: good driving roads around there. Does anyone have any good suggested routes/itineries? My first thought is to take the car down to the coast (Brighton/Eastbourne) via some A/B roads.... Any other thoughts/suggestions?

I'd cancel the 120 mile hire from Caterham south, drive a little further on and hire from these guys, then head on into south Wales. http://www.sevenhire.co.uk/
