The map doesn't show if/where there will be traffic lights - it might just help if all the left-turn filter lanes are free-flow. But it really needs the flyover that was originally in the Ring Road plan back in the '70s.

We're on the western outskirts of town and I expect it will be a nightmare as commuters use J7/A30 to avoid J6 during the work.

Agree, the only thing to sort the problem is a flyover. The plans may give more lanes but no continuous traffic flow to and from the motorway
