Dartford crossing

Will need to use the crossing this weekend (very much a one-off). I've tried to get on the website to make a one-off payment (https://www.gov.uk/pay-dartford-crossing-charge found via google).

Given that I'm driving a foreign-registered car, what is the chance of getting fined?

For absolute clarity, I'm not looking to dodge the charge - if there was a kiosk where you could park up and pay, I would do it - but the web site doesn't work.

Any other sites/links/suggestions?

UPDATE: Found a telephone number and called - their payment system is down!!!!

They are thieving buggers. I used it about a month ago for work and going through my business statement noticed they'd charged me twice for one journey. When I challenged it they reimbursed immediately - this gave me the impression it was a regular occurrence.

How quickly do your crossings show up in crossing history? I went over twice the day before yesterday but the crossing history says 'No data found'.

Just thinking the same two cars used the crossing on my account Sunday. Nothing showing yet.
