Wow, just wow.

I drove the Col de Turini yesterday. An 84 km loop from and to Monaco, and what an amazing road. I must have driven for an hour of it without seeing another car and it's all the most amazing hairpins, but pretty well sighted.

i was only in a 1.0 three cylinder Audi A1 but it was amazing.

Can't argue with that. Great road. There's plenty more in the area as well. The D2204 (I think) to the NE of Sospel is epic

Was there around 18 months ago, fabulous road and some of the most fun ones nearby I haven't a clue what they were called and just happened upon them by chance.

I hate to be a naysayer but I drove it with my wife in our GT TDI Golf 150 about 10 years ago and I thought it was a bit ho-hum. I remember thinking at the time that there was far more fun to be had on Wrynose and Hardknott or any number of great Scottish roads.

All I can say is that it's fun in Porsche (996). Although the road from the coast up to Sospel is very nice too...

One of my ever best driving moments was there in winter after some days of snowing.
I arrived in Sospel pretty much sure the road was closed, but it actually wasn't.
The road was perfectly clean and from Moulinet to the Col I drove between two walls of snow...

I think it actually has been the only good part of 7 years living in France...
