Afternoon all..

Trying to do a bit of forward planning. Looking at a bit of a 911 mini trip over the water. As much as I'd love to do a big hoon all the way down to the south of France, we're short on time ( 2 nights max) and want to make the most of driving on interesting roads rather than Autoroutes.

Has anyone found any decent routes near the other end of the tunnel. A quick scan on Google Maps shows that the roads in and around "Normandie-Maine Natural Regional Park" look like they could be ok?

Thanks

Hi. I'd highly recommend the D396/996 which runs from Reims to Dijon. It's an epic road, traffic free when we did it in September, very smooth winding through idyllic French countryside. Take in the Reims circuit en route to it.

This 100%.

I did it a few years ago in my old Cayman S and it really is superb (and very quiet other than the odd lorry hauling timber).
