Just head inland!

Highlights would be Col du Turini from Sospel and also the D2204 in either directrion from the town are undrated.
The roads around the Verdon gorge are great and the bottom end of the Route Napoleon.

Sospel, Turini, as already suggested. Also Chaudan, Gorges du Var, Vesubie, ... Head over to the ACM's web site (acm.mc) and download route books for past Rallyes Monte Carlo Historique.

The world's first hillclimb is worth doing just to say that you have done it. I did it in reverse (I don't mean reverse gear wink). Some of the roads are JUST wide enough to get the car through between the buildings.
