Ok Red Devil here's your test. Today's road.

10p if you get it correct.
A video gives me a fighting chance. smile A single still photo is a far more difficult proposition. eek
Especially if it's a country I have never driven in! (I'm guessing that we're still in Spain?).

Having toured Scotland twice I would be interested to know where just a few of the "fantastic" roads are. Is this one?

That's the one I linked to earlier.

Plenty of photos on this thread of the view from Struie Hill - https://goo.gl/maps/oWknQyXWndK2
I wouldn't describe the B9176 (Google has mis-labelled it) as fantastic though, just quite good.
The first 10 miles to Stittenham are best. Very fast with a few tricky bends to keep you awake.

The best on that side of the country are south of Inverness imo.
The A939/B976 from the junction with the B9101 south of Nairn to Crathie on the A93 is brilliant.
The A93 from Braemar to Bridge of Cally is not to be sneezed at either.

The majority of my favourites are in the North West though. For example:
- A87 Invergarry to Auchtertyre
- A890 Auchtertyre to Achnasheen
- A832/A835 Achnasheen to Ullapool via Gairloch
- A835/A837/A894/A838 Ullapool to Durness
- A838/A836 Durness via Tongue to Lairg
Plenty more, but those are the ones on which most progress can be made.
