If you're following the A93 all the way to Aberdeen, I've seen police after Dinnet heading East; also South of Blairgowrie. Never seen them anywhere else

I have seen them lurking in the long straight 30 section in Aboyne. Just where you have started to let the speed creep up after slowing to 30, and are looking at the road, not your speedo.

Thanks for all the advice chaps, we will be sticking to 30 in the 30 limits but may not be quite so strict on ourselves on the other bits, not mental just want to be able to enjoy it a little.

We will be heading up there early afternoon on the Friday of the early May bank holiday so I expect it will be quite busy.

I doubt it will be quite busy.

Though I suppose it depends on what you mean by busy. Between Bridge of Caley and Cairnwell, I'd be surprised if you have a dozen cars to pass.

Those views are incredible. The Cairngorms is definitely a must-drive for me - just a case of planning it around an already busy summer (Wedding & honeymoon, car events etc!)

I must confess to not really having been a fan of the E92 M3 v8... until I saw your video. Even through the GoPro mic it sounds incredible! Off to the classifieds I go :P
