Alps to Nurburgring on a bike

After recommendations please! In a fortnight I'm off on the Blade to the Alps, then the 'ring. We've got a lunchtime crossing through the tunnel on the 21st, then return 29th, and we're due to arrive at the 'ring on the 26th. I want to visit the Col de la Bonnette but apart from that it's a fairly blank page. We'll be using B&Bs.
What recommendations do you have for roads/sights I shouldn't miss?
