Bristol M5 variable cameras

Anyone know where on the road markings the camera flashes and whether it flashes more than once? I'm referring to the M5 around cribbs causeway with the HADECS3 system in place. I saw a flash, it had been 60mph which I was sticking to (or below) but I'm thinking it must have dropped down to 50 or 40 😤 having said that the cars in the other lanes all went through at the same speed or faster! Surely one one of them would have noticed a reduced limit? I think I'll use back roads into Bristol from now on, had my fill with using rip off smart motorways. Been about a week now so hopefully nothing comes in the post in the next week

I have seen them flash but never known of anybody getting caught
