Spa/Nurburgring Trip - Route Suggestions

So myself and a friend are off to Spa for a track day in April. Thought we may as well make a bit of a trip of it and take in the Nurburgring too while we're there. Thought I'd seek the thoughts of the PH collective on any good driving roads/routes that fit roughly with this general plan:
Saturday - Leeds to Bruges via Euro Tunnel, stay the night in Bruges
Sunday - Mooch around Bruges till early afternoon then head down to stay near Eltz Castle
Monday - Head over to Eltz Castle, bit of a look around then over to Nurburgring for a lap or two then on to Spa, stay the night close to the circuit
Tuesday - Track day at Spa then head towards Calais, stay somewhere roughly half way between Spa and Calais
Wednesday - Back to Leeds via Euro Tunnel
As you can tell its a very rough plan at the moment and any suggestions of routes/places to stay/things to do are welcome!
