dug this out via the PH search function, am starting in Lampeter, and heading back east to Milton Keynes, any changes to the route? Was intending to do a lap and then run a bit in reverse to get back to the M5

just go for it
would avoid M5 later on and go Shrewsbury - Brum - and down which would mean you could explore the Clywedog nr Llanidloes on the way to the M54
