Mine a few weeks ago. Less that 30 mins from my house so it's nicely warmed up by the time I get there.

I'm lucky enough to live very close to the Black Mountain and that particular bend is called "Tro Cwcw" or in english, "Cuckoo Bend"
It's featured heavily on TV and the most recently thing I saw being filmed was a Vauxhall Astra GTC or VXR advert/promo. Big operation in force, one German car and one British car, helicopter loads of cameras and crew. Car sounded naff though.
I've seen a few accidents there as well, last guy I saw had ploughed his Z4 into a boulder as he was coming uphill on a small kink near the hairpin. Doing handbrake turns there sounds like a totally stupid thing to do though.
Personally I prefer it on the bike (push bike) and love climbing up there. With a good tail wind I can keep up with all but the bravest drivers.
There are loads more good roads around here though, none of the as "famous" though.

Parked next to my mates after driving Elan valley and a few other narrow, twisty roads in the area!

like Chris i prefer other roads in the area but the 4069 is defintely worth a canter
MG Chris - check out You Tube and you'll find a nice vid by Ally on the B4520
I also have vids. taken whilst on the B4519 including nearly being taken-out by a lad in a 306
Plenty of excellent roads on my doorstep
.... sorry all... went a bit OT

had pretty much a clear run on the mountain section of the A4069 today, great fun. the surface on a section of the lower slopes of the southern side almost caught me out, had forgotten how little grip you get in places.
there was a meet going on, met a few cars making progress coming in the opposite direction which reminded me that the road is quite narrow too!
it was part of this route. not the best driving roads overall, but four good sections on it (ten points if you can name the four sections :])

I've improved the last bit of your route for you - there's even a humpback bridge involved there was a meet going on, met a few cars making progress coming in the opposite direction which reminded me that the road is quite narrow too!
