What a lovely Mk1, one of the nicest I've seen. Stunning colour too.

By the way OP, the right-hand corner of your new splitter looks a bit out in those pics?
Thanks, it is one of the nicest colours available Splitters not perfect but had to cut it down quiet alot as was made for a renault laguna. corner of the bumper curves in so tried to follow that line, slightly better picture of it here, not bad considering I only brought it for £1.20
Colour and car are stunning. Looks very well looked after
I imagine if you heat gunned the splitter and pulled it back at the same time with pliers or something you might get it to sit better in the corners. Mine did the same and I gave in and cut the outside parts off. Then bought a trap lip still to be fitted

Had a great day at the Goodwood SS service this morning, roof down with the sun out and some awesome cars.

Once got home gave the car a wash and fitted a new heatshield for the Induction kit, probably wont make much difference but thought id see, might get some ducting to increase the airflow next.

Havnt done much to the car recently but ordered some new Uniroyal Rainsport 2's from Camskill to replace the crap Pirelli P6000's I had on the car.
Hopefully make a big difference to how it handles in the wet, going to Wales end of Feb so sure i'll be able to test them out there
Look good for only £33

Lovely looking car there chap, but i have to ask... TA Technix coilovers?
Surely a cheap ticket to making the handling worse?
For the money there not as bad as people say, performed fine on my recent trip to Wales, don't think for £180 I can complain. Surely a cheap ticket to making the handling worse?
Probably upgrade to some Gaz golds or Meister R's sometime when funds allow
