Well Today' Changed both track rod ends, The CV boot i nipped while prying the stut out, Fitted The Other side LED side light, and fitted 4 New exhaust clamps with the threads facing the opposite way' And the result is least i can now get the car on the drive smile

Didnt manage to get to wind the fronts up a notch which needs doing. Just a midgeys knacker.

Well got 'A' Wheel built up tonight, Centres are perfect. Dishes are not 100% can notice if you study them. and not 100% happy. Neither is it the finish i wanted but they going to have to do as not messing on anymore. Hopefully get the other 3 done within a day. maybe get tyres on the Weekend or begining of next week.

fk me, they look good.
If you aren't happy with them, I'd be re-doing them now, before tyres go on, you fit them, and you STILL aren't happy with the finish.

Love the car and what you have done to it, but IMHO i don't think the new wheels suit the car at all. I know it is your car and your choice of what's done to it so if your happy with it that's all that matters.

no problem. thanks for the opinion. ive got a votex front. gmbh rear to go on and colour code side skirts so should change again. im pleased i kept the wheels. dont like common wheels. like CH LM reps or rotiform reps etc

Seen as though the weather is all over the place today never went far to take a few pictures.

Just a few better ones of the suspension and wheels fitted to give you a better idea of how it sits etc .

Looking good. Votex front you say? Reminds me of mine with the black grille. You might have trouble sourcing the fog light grilles, like hens teeth. Took me 6 months to find and £250 iirc.

Where did you buy your LED bulbs from? I've tried numerous types of "white" LED sidelight but they all have a blueish hue and one set failed MOT. The standard orangey ones look odd against my HID's.

I had plans of doing my wheels black and de-chrome door trims in black but never got round to it, until I saw this...

Think you need to paint the black platic parts on the bodywork now... Lol. (or have you mentioned that and I've missed it!?)

Loved the car right up to the point that you stuck those wheels on it. Sorry, they just don't work.

I like it now, and think it will look good with the exterior styling you have in mind for it.
