Love the fact that you had it sideways within about 10 seconds of leaving the workshop for the first time! Awesome car, enjoy.

Thanks for all the positive comments glad everyone likes it smile

I've been offered a set of genuine BBS LM's but I don't think they will clear my brakes frown

Was it £11k + car, or £11k all in? If all in what did you pay for the car?

Got me thinking now coz I just screwed the motor in my T5. I know it's FWD but, as Jeremy Clarkson would say, how hard can it be? evil

I think this is great project and for 11k, I think its a bargain.

I also love the look of an E46 and LS-1 engines are quite cheap from the states.

For 11k, its certainly something I'd consider doing smile

That's what mine owes me inc the car, obv I've done a lot of the work myself & as much wheeling & dealing on parts etc but I've done loads more than just an engine conversion on this car. You'd have to speak to DynoTorque yourself for prices etc but you should be able to buy an engine & have a conversion for £7-10k then again you could easily blow £12k+ on an engine.....

Couple of workshops shots from the other day prob the 2 most modded E46's next to each other one designed to look very subtle and the other to look very modded & Craigs RX7 LS7 7L twin turbo.....

Fantastic build.
As I started looking down the pics I thought about asking if you were going to put a 357 badge on the back wink
