Following on from the Barge thread; http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

A few pics of my e38 740il posing with my old e32 740i (now owned by my house mate). Spec on my e38 is 2 owners from new, 63,000 miles, FSH (7 stamps, 6 of which are BMW), lots of old MOTs, xenons, rear blind, Comfort Seats, all the nice bits like dealer plates, sticker, genuine overmats (with all retaining fixings), full toolkit, etc which pleases me greatly.

And a few pics of the interior on mine, with optional Comfort seats (which are very comfy);

The same basic style, but not the same. 15" BBS X-spokes on the E32, 16" slightly updated version of the same on the E38. I'll bet that Long on 16s rides like an absolute beauty.

Similar style but 15's on the E32 and 16's on the E38. Can't tell you the 'style number' for them but sure Zwoelf will be able to!

Just about! I'd actually quite like to be driven around in this whilst reading the FT and speaking on a very old and large mobile phone.

I thought Style 5's were the Split Rim ones?

That must be a generic name for all the cross-spoked styles then as every time I've heard anyone mention Style 5, they're referring to the BBS RC090s:

Warning: I am not responsible for anything that may result from following this (worksafe - wheelporn) link.

It's a set of these that will find their way onto the '50 in due course.

Nice E32 you have there, with the Worcestershire reg ending DNP, have you got some history with the car? If so who was the supplying stealer, was it Stern's?

OP, have you considered an LPG conversion?

Very tidy looking car.

Both cars have FSH, not sure who the supplying dealer of the E32 was but it's first service was at Sytner's in Leicester. Also had BMW stamps from Sterns and First Front.
