Very very nice. Are you genuinely thinking of selling?

I've been considering one of these for a long time. I passed one up a few years ago and regretted it ever since. They're few and far between over here.

Very nice!

I have had good experience with the garage you got it from too, should you need any after sales service.

Been after one of these but havent been able to shift my golf so given up! When you see one of these drift round you on track (when you are in a vx220) you realise they are just awesome cars. Noise to die for.

Aye, t'wasn't easy, but was helped by having a new toy to play with!

I always knew it was a short term car, but glad I owned one when I had the chance.

A very well accomplished vehicle.
At least, you have owned one - the memories last forever, and improve as time goes on. smile

Hard to say. Because of the ride height it is a right PITA at the moment.

Hope it will get better once at a more acceptable height
Yeah it did look rather low!

Especially considering its winter.

You're not aiming for all this VW 'stance' business are you? hehe

Oh no, my mechanical sympathy alarm is going off, he was turning the wheels before moving the car!

Sorry, dry steering just irks me!

I'd be very sad to see that go, they are such awesome cars. Lovely raspy tone as it went off down the street there too. The Porsche looks decent though, should take the edge off losing the CSL. I hope the Porsche becomes a bit more fun once the ride height is raised a bit. If it's lowered on coilovers you should be able to raise them up a few clicks, but you'd really need a good geometry setup after changing the height.

That's the other point. I do not wish to be associated with that group..!
I agree! It's far too nice to be associated with some VAG hatch with its sump scraping down the road as it bounces from undulation to undulation.

It's also rather a difficult time to get to know a new car as well, what with winter roads being all wintery, combined with the fear of not wanting to end up like that Subaru on the way down to Goodwood!

I also assume it's a more involving, raw drive compared to the CSL? driving
