15mm Hubcentric Spacers

I also have a spare front wheel from the M3 and a tyre that will fit it

Probably a silly question, but I presume these are E36 fitment? If so, how much do you want and I'll have dibs on them, as I believe you need 10-15mm spacers for HSDs(?), which is what I plan on getting soon.

Yer, I had to rush out and purchase them when I had my HSD's fitted.
I just put them on eBay but will take them off for £20 (inc postage). PM me if interested

Had a good look at your car in the car park at Donington today, she looked rather damn clean.

Thanks!
Nice to be noticed.
Was a good day out, just need to watch it all on TV now for the bits I missed

As for updates...

I have just washed it and tucked it it under the cover with the trickle charger on as I have to go back to work next week frown
(ten weeks sailing around the Med)

The rear track wheels have been separated from the tyres and I have purchased another batch of paint ready for the refirb.

Took this picture during a wheel & tyre sort out....

oh and a trip to the Evo Triangle on a very early, cold Sunday morning with Jbaddeley and Melvster

(Pictures curtesy of Melvster)

It was really foggy so we didn't get a chance to take many more.

Looking good!

Engine recently let go on mine. It's now sitting forlornly on the side of the road, awaiting it's fate weeping

Apart from putting the road wheels back on and touching up the front callipers with a bit of red paint, work on the M3 has come to a halt.
The fuel pumps seem to be working ok...

in other news...

Just had the E46 Dog Chariot detailed.
Think it looks fab!

Having a bit of a clear out in the garage too. It's coming along well I think.
Need to get something on the floor but not sure what to use...

Can I ask how much the detail cost? In need of someone to do my E46 330Ci.

thanks

Sell up - spares or repairs.

Will be sold as a complete car though - don't have time or space to strip it.

Hopefully someone will get back on the road - it's quite a rare spec.

But M3s never die, they just get recycled yes

Jettisoned the spark plug out of cylinder 6, taking most of the thread with it.

Surely not that terminal. A quick re-tap and keencert would have that sorted no?

Mine has an insert in cylinder 1's plug hole, it's been like that for years with no issues.

Head needs to come off and then probably weld and re-drill the plug. Then it needs a new coil and all re-fitting. Then you need to diagnose why it happened and fix. All adds up.

I don't have the time or space to do it as I've just moved house and started a new job. I'd have to pay someone, so you can imagine the labour costs that would be involved.

It's not terminal at all but it's reached a tipping point where it's no longer viable for me to invest any more time or effort into it. You could probably just fit a complete engine for £1k, once you've sold off the parts from the current engine. Or it's worth an easy £4k in parts, if you're prepared to strip it all down.

Hopefully someone will get her back on the road though.
