It's got the m54 engine which was from 2000 on for a few years, 192bhp, which is about 50 more than I've had before, haha!

Mpg wise; through town it's late 20's to 31, on a motorway trundle from Reading to Sheffield it did 38.1, so it's not too bad!

I trial fitted the wheels, they need a refurb, but I'm quite happy with them!

I'm liking the new wheels they go well with the car.

If I'm correct it looks like you got your car from Imc in aldermaston? From your first pic of it,

How did you find them to deal with? I bought my focus ST from them and thought they were very good to deal with and very friendly and accommodating, but since heard some people not too happy with them. I couldn't fault them personally!

They usually have some interesting and quite unique colour combination cars in stock as well.

Yup I did indeed feather from IMC! I can't really fault them but it was a straightforward turn up, drive the car, pay the monies affair! A bit annoying that the radiator was cream crackered but it's one of those things!

Still unsure what colour to refurb the wheels although it's all starting this weekend!

The 2.5 litre is a great engine. Not as rapid as the 330 but that's only after about 3,500 rpm.

I remember evo reviewed the 325ti and absolutely loved it. They praised its handling, pace and soundtrack. I think it got 4.5 stars.

I didn't know that, it's good to know though! Whilst its not the best on fuel I'm very happy with it, it's also surprisingly roomy!

Looks good considering one of these in june but after a 325ti sport being 19 well 20 when I look at getting one the 325ti se was like £1650 but the 325ti sport was only £1050 for some reason maybe because they are rarer perhaps...

38.1 is nudging diesel territory.Cake and eat it i say
Town mpg - i had 4 Nissan Micras and they all did 33mpg (55bhp)- so high 20s to 31 town from 192bhp is free motoring. In fact my town mpg averages over 20 YEARS are 22.5mpg@ 99bhp frown

Interesting point, I'll stop moaning now, haha! The OBC seems bang on from my calculations too!

Have currently got the wheels in pieces awaiting a good refub next weekend!

Yep, BMW paint code 468! Worse than a compact, it was a colour on the Z3, it's not pretty!
