WOW op, im a bmw modder and have done some rather serious things with my ///M car but i have to say the quality of what youve done, execution of the parts and the general love i can see for the car are mind blowing, im actually looking at the car and can see the love poured into it, the suspension is pretty awesome to boot!!!
Very well done, this is how modding should be done as i believe everything youve done has made the car substantially better, i bet it puts a huge smile on your face when you see her in the garage!!!!
more pics pleased of All the little details, shes gorgeous, keep it forever!!!

Thanks mate for the kind words on the 1M, but I have read your build thread last your and what you have done is bloody good stuff and one hell of a beast, and makes what I have done to the 1M look somewhat oem/basic lol as for loving the car, I have to say big time, and prefer her out of the garage more than in ; ) it is in my opinion a great car and possible a bit misinterpreted by a number of people, From here it is off to Hayward & Scott for a custom made back box on Monday and the steering wheel is currently in having a bit of a make over with the leather being replaced with the alcantara matching the rest of the interior, but keeping the M tri-colour stitching, from there I think it will be time to replace the mich pilot sport 2's with the supersports and then will consider software, but first the Don Palmer limit handling course, especially before I look at fitting the new rubber lol Very well done, this is how modding should be done as i believe everything youve done has made the car substantially better, i net it puts a huge smile on your face when you see her in the garage!!!!

And no plans to replace anytime soon, even though my wife has said she at least once wants to own a porsche, I think my little astra opc track project will be the one making room.
Thanks again and I am back now looking for your Z4M build thread to see where you are currently at......

Saw a few pics Marc put up on Facebook the other day. After seeing the work he's done on a few cars in the past, including his VXR and his RS it's safe to say these pictures don't do the car justice as to how mint it will look in the flesh now. The detailing thing has never interested me all that much but he is a master at his job.
I'm going to stop reading this thread, it's getting depressing
Did I read right mate, you are looking at something with a Lotus badge : )I'm going to stop reading this thread, it's getting depressing

As for the brakes, I am running braided brake lines all round and uprated fluid, and will uprate the pads once needed....I run 6pot Alcon advantage extreme with 365mm floating discs on my astra opc which work great on track, so I have thought about going down the same route on the 1M but as I don't track the 1M and only the astra it may be total overkill.
Now it is in with Hayward & Scott....
