sure... started with a white narrow body car



sourced some flared front wings in composite...



ditto ducktail, arches sanded down in readiness for surgery:



for a proper job you want steel rear arches...trouble with that is proper RSR shaped ones are rarer than rocking horse st, anyway in the end they turned up and were grafted on:



meanwhile loads of other stuff was going on like selective seam welding, strengthening etc but the engine and box were taken to bits and fully rebuilt:





car was completely repainted in blood orange and the interior retrimmed:



engine back together after extensive works (shuffle pinned, boat tailed, new pistons twin plug etc etc):



certainly never be this clean again:



a few trick bits added... adj F/R brake bias, custom gearknob (917 inspired), gas fire eater in smugglers box:
