Interior - Clean it then leave it be, Vauxhall did an ok job in there.
Engine - Standard paper filter is fine so carry on and replace the remainder of the filters, the plugs and the fluids then makes sure its had a cambelt kit and water pump (due every 4yrs/40k) and also forget the Peco, everybody else did back in 1999. Scorpion is a better option.
Wheels - 14" are practical but too small, try and find 15" or 16" Softstars or any other suitable wheel from another model in the range.
Suspension - Springs aren't enough. Save up and go for a -40mm Bilstein kit and if you can, replace the likes of the front arm bushes, track rod ends, balljoints so on.
Less is more and generally speaking, if you have money set aside every month to buy something, don't just buy something for the sake of it. Budget wisely, scan the classifieds for second hand bits and avoid the "chav" image stuff and it'll be fine. Corsas will attract those sort of comments regardless of what you do, so better follow Dale's lead (the white track and fun) and spend the money on the mechanicals whilst keeping the cosmetics subtle and clean.
Cheers

Don't see why you would want to de-badge it.
To try and hide the fact its a 1.4 Corsa? No one will ever guess its a Corsa without the badge. Er...Although for full bonus points you should debadge it and then get a fk-off big Corsa sticker for the rear window so everyone will know what supercar it was blitzed passed their £10 car.
Or better still, one of those wky stainless steel covers that fits over the 3rd brake light, so that it reads the model of the car when it illuminates...
