After what feels like a very long search for the right car I finally picked up my first ever porsche.

Its a 22k mile 2005 996 GT3 and first impressions are that it was well worth the wait.

only have the seller pics at the moment as a 120 miles journey home today was enough to make it filthy.

Realistic dream car... Speed yellow for me.

Does looks fantastic in blue though, that induction raw / engine note as you sail past 5K rpm is just amazing !

I think a 996 gt3 is the only thing i could replace my tuscan with. Sadly i don't see a way of affording it though hehe

Jesus. I really hate PH sometimes. You think you're doing alright, and your fleet of cars is OK, and then you check the Readers Cars section and realise there is a lot of metal you still need to try!

Beautiful car, fantastic colour, very jealous.

Lovely car, as others have said it is on my 'must own' list.

Yours is in my ideal spec nearly aswell (id only have different wheels)

Edit to add: I have just looked at the 'my arage' section and you have had some lovely cars, superb taste.

Cheers for all the replies

Just need some decent weather and some clear roads now.
