I'll never forget reading Richard Meadens write up in Evo on the press launch. They were sitting on the back of a transit on the autobahn when several GT3's buzzed the transit at full chat. The shock wave got the journo's blood circulating more quickly!
Lovely car, but for the sake of all of us, use it properly and don't crash it! Remember, you are merely it's custodian for other generations
Post more photos and video when you can!

Well done that man
I have been looking at gt3's for quite some time now and i WILL get one. Sadly i can't see it being for 2 or 3 years but i'll do my best.
Surely the best proper drivers car out there?
Strong and reliable
Good looking (especially red)
handling
enough power to go fast but not so much its uncontrolable or unreliable
from what i see not ridiculous money to run if you get a good one
reasonable if any depreciation.
Only thing which i'm not sure i like is the exhaust note, granted i have only seen videos but i think aftermarket exhausts would be a given for me.

edit: heavy clutch and rear tires? did you knock the guy down a fair bit? considering the price he wanted approved]
I don't find the clutch very heavy at all. At least it operates fine. As for rear tyres I view them as Consumables so if they don't need replacing now, they will fairly soon anyway. I would replace them anyway with Michelins as I don't rate the pirelli Rossos very highly. I have been looking for a red mk1 gt3 for a while and this one seems like an honest car with a good service history for the price. Let's face it, it's not like there are many to chose from !
