My 1995 Toyota MR2 Mk2 Rev 3 NA GT
Discussion
I decided that I fancied getting a cheaper car that I could have fun with. After much time researching, this is my new toy! A 1995 Toyota MR2 Mk2 Rev 3 NA GTI-16. Only done 200 miles in it so far (after collecting it yesterday), but absolutely love it!
Has 104k on the clock, with FSH, 4 new tyres and a new clutch. Also MOT until August (no advisories on last) and tax until Feb 2013. In brilliant condition inside - literally looks new, and good outside also with just the odd stonechip etc. Got an absolute bargain as far as I am concerned - £1,100!

Thanks for all the nice comments guys - just need this pissing rain to stop so I can take her for a decent B road blast
They are fine in the rain. What tyres have you got on it? As long as they are decent, you will have no issue, (and you don't drive like Captain Mcfkwittery). TheHeretic said:
Nice one... Hope you enjoy it!
It's a GTi-16, not a GT
My Rev4 is insured as a GT T-Bar (I just gave them my reg), Parkers says GT T-Bar http://www.parkers.co.uk/cars/reviews/facts-and-fi... . Even when I ordered parts from Toyota they called it a GT T-Bar.It's a GTi-16, not a GT

Yeah I have read a lot about them spinning as quick as look at them on some forums, but treat the car with respect and like you say i'm sure it should be fine.Have got Toyo Pro XES 195/55/R/15`s on the front, and Toyo Pro XES 225/50/T/15s on the rear.
I must say at slightly higher speeds it does feel quite light on the front end, which I assume for a mid engined car is probably quite normal. Just a different feeling to normal
