Nice car, I've got one exactly the same smile

My engine went pop 2 months into ownership, really regret not giving it a good service when I first bought it (dunno if it would have made any difference though).

Enjoy!!!
Thanks mate - got it booked in for a service at a local MR2 specialist next week wink

does it have cloth trim? has the clutch been renewed?
Yes and yes. Clutch renewed around 3k ago which was around March 2012. I got it from the Solihull area.

That really is clean. The interior on the mr2 is one of the most comfortable ones I've sat in. The cabin and gear stick location is perfect. Seats are BLOODY comfy.

Nicely original inside as well. I couldn't get on with the standard gearknobs in any of my MR2s and always changed it for this. Much better feel and it looks reasonable too.

Ved likes nothing more than a lovely substantial knob in his hand.

Have you tried the pinch wheel on the side of the driver seat? That'll hold you in even more (assuming you have it)

Caribeam blue they're called aren't they, it really is a lovely colour.
I have two rev 3's - a 3vz'd white import, and a black uk n/a that i am currently breaking!

Love mr2's - it's an ideal car for my low budget, lol.

Yep found it this morning on the way to work - not going anywhere in the seat after a few turns of that wheel! smile

Thats some kind of anniversary edition I think, they did them in blue or silver with the grey wheels, there's a silver one locally. Lovely car - hope you enjoy it.
nono anniversary has wooden steering wheel + numbered plaque etc. And I believe they were 1996 not 1995 nerd

Yes it is a GT not a GTi.

Yes the seats are gloriously comfy. I think I've broken my little pump up lumbar support lever thingy though frown

Oh and you should have bought a t-bar tongue out
