I ran a temp gauge plugged directly into my OBD port when I was at Brands and my IATs where absolutely fine all day, but I may consider doing the Forge upgrade in the summer if required smile
What iAT were you seeing?

Between 24-26c after around 10-15 hot laps.

I can't quite get over how much power it's got! It'd give an E39 M5 (my long-time benchmark for bonkers) a dusting. Batty.

Looks great too. My favourite current BMW by quite some way.

Stunning car. My personal favourite recent BMW.

And your detailing shelf is just fabulous!

Standard price was a shade under £40k and the extras came in at just over £5k. However I got £32k for my Exige, so it wasn't too bad in the end. I think the OTR price was a few quid over £45k.

I really like it in black, but having had a black car before and enjoying detailing like I do, the swirl marks you'd eventually get (however careful you were cleaning it) would have got on my nerves. Also I do think you lose a bit of the styling, especially at the front of the car with the black as the vents and scoops disappear a bit.

Having said all of this, I did see a black one at a recent 1M meet and it looked flipping awesome smile

I really like the 1M, and what BMW did at the showroom. Must of added to the experience of picking up your car.

I used to prefer the 1M in orange but I think after seeing this and your friends example I now think white is the colour to go for. I like it so much that I have painted my 1M white (on Forza 4). hehe

Black can lose some detail as you say. Well, enjoy and I will be watching this thread with interest. biggrin

As mentioned on the other thread, these are destined to become undesirable and lose all value. hehe The more people that believe this the better, because it'll mean I can get a second hand one a lot sooner biggrin.

Love these so much, there's only this and a GTR that I'd buy brand new if I had the money on sale at the moment, and 400bhp after just a remap! There's going to be some very upset supercar owners once a few of these have further engine upgrades.

You bunch of bds! I happened to turn up there for breakfast on my black Ducati (mate was in his Alfa) when you were all there. Was toying of swapping my V8 in for a 1M last year but couldn't bring myself to do it... and seeing that lot really got me thiking again. They look absolutely cracking in the flesh.
